The Pizzeria Concept

At Il Clay, pizza is a craft rooted in tradition.

Our dough is fermented for 48 hours, hand-stretched, and baked in a wood-fired brick oven for a crust that’s soft, blistered, and full of character.

The menu goes beyond pizza — with grilled Mediterranean mains, vibrant antipasti, and desserts that finish the story with lightness and care.
